Eligibility Criteria for Admission in D.Pharm.
Candidate should be passed high school or their equivalent from any recognized Board / University with minimum 50% marks aggregated in science streams.
Valid score in UP-JEE. Or valid score in any other their equivalent level exam.

Required Documents

1. Certificate of High School.
2. Latest Photographs (6 Pcs.).
3. Character Certificate.
4. Domicile Certificate.
5. Income Certificate.
6. Caste Certificate.(In case of SC / ST /OBC candidate)

Note: Reservation is applicable as per Govt. / BTE-UP norms.

Direct Admission

In case of lapsed or vacant seat Institution also take the admission through the management quota (based on BTE-UP announcement).
